1) Request of booking

To ask for the booking you are kindly requested to fill in the contractual formulary, asking for the availability of the house during the period you have chosen. This request does not bind you. In a short time you shall receive our e-mail to confirm the chosen period. After your acceptance of our e-mail, you are kindly requested to make, within the next 7 days, a wire transfer for 30% of total amount as money on account, meaning also confirmation of your booking.

The settlement shall be done to the house owner the day of your arrival. In case the settlement shall not be paid the contract can be revoked and the money on account shall remain to the house’s owner.

Only after receiving your wire transfer of 30% of total amount we shall send you by e-mail our confirmation of your booking.

All the prices are in force till December of each year. Any updating is valid from the moment of modification.

3) Departures and arrivals

The house booked is available for the guests from 12:00 hours of arrival day and it shall be left within 10:00 hours of departure day (except in case of different agreement). Any departure and arrival in different hours shall be requested at booking time or before the arrival.

4) Children

For children between 0 and 6 years old the price is 30% less for any period.. At moment of booking you shall mention the right age of children.

5) Cancellation and penalties

Cancellation shall be communicated by e-mail mannone@gmail.com. If we get it 60 days before the departure day it shall cause the return of money on account. If we get the cancellation after 60 days from the departure day a penalty shall be calculated as follows:

From 60 to 45 days before the departure date - 20% of total amount (minimum € 100,00).
From 45 to 31 days before the departure date - 35% of total amount.
From 30 to 15 days before the departure date - 50% of total amount.
From 14 before the departure date 100% of total amount.

No reimbursement shall be provided if the trip or the stay already started shall be interrupted. No reimbursement shall be provided in case the guests shall not take a journey for reasons due to personal documents.

6) Modification of the contract

If the guest would like to change the booking already confirmed (for instance the date) he should kindly communicate by e-mail et we shall reserve the right to consider the new request.

7) Number of people

In the house can stay maximum six people (grown-up and children). The guests are responsible for the declaration about the people present in the house. You are kindly requested to provide all the documents and data (for children too) at your arrival.
The lease shall be done directly with the house’s owner at the prices mentioned in the web site. The owner is the only responsible about the truthfulness of services offered, about their description and he engages himself to respect what promised.

Unforeseen events

In case of unforeseen events the guests are kindly requested to contact the house’s owner who shall do all his best to solve the problems.
